The special thing about our quark is that we still produce it traditionally, i.e. with no ultrafiltration and with fresh milk from Naturland farms which employ certified organic farming methods. Soured using Biogarde lactic acid cultures and microbacterial rennin, it is also particularly suitable for vegetarian diets.
All sorts are available in environmentally friendly 250 g pots.
